This Shipping Policy describes how NuvLift ships orders, expected delivery times, and what to do if there are delays or issues.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Australia. We may expand to additional regions in the future — if you would like to be notified, please contact us at support@nuvlift.com.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders to the UK and Australia. No minimum order required.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days from dispatch
- Australia: 10–18 business days from dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on customs processing, courier delays, and remote delivery addresses. The vast majority of orders arrive within these windows.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey on the carrier’s website (Royal Mail, Australia Post, or the international handler).
If you do not see a tracking update for several days, this is normal during international transit between the warehouse and your local courier. Please allow up to 5 business days before contacting us about tracking.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Australia have all customs duties and taxes included in the order price — there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us at support@nuvlift.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@nuvlift.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. After dispatch, we cannot redirect packages and you will need to wait for the package to be returned to sender before we can re-ship to the corrected address.
