Thank you for shopping at NuvLift. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed through our store.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your NuvLift Pro device for a full refund of the product price. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund — no hard feelings.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item was purchased directly from NuvLift within the last 30 days.
- The item is in its original packaging, with all included accessories (charging cable, conductive gel, manual, gift box).
- The item shows no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal testing.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@nuvlift.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the product (helps us improve future versions)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nuvlift.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe above, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nuvlift.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items with visible signs of misuse, drops, water damage, or attempted disassembly
- Items missing original accessories or packaging
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@nuvlift.com. After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled — you will need to use the return process above once it arrives.
